Sign of Anxiety

Generally people are not aware that they suffer from anxiety, it can be confusing for them, and most of them are not aware of its seriousness. It is fast becoming a serious ailment for the society because people don’t find anything wrong with the way they think and see things. If it is not treated properly and as soon as possible it can be a life threatening disease.

When suffering from anxiety people don’t want to be aware of anything that is normal and are on guard all the time waiting for anything wrong to happen. Different people show different signs of anxiety like some don’t eat properly, i.e. they may eat too much or too less. Their sleeping patterns also might change resulting in restlessness while sleeping or sleeping for long hours. The person suffering from anxiety can experience sudden mood swings. The person may get irritated over small issues and might even react violently. In case of children they may become crybabies, complaining about everything around them. Unexplained pains in different body parts can be another symptom of anxiety.

Anxiety these days are becoming very common among children. The child may become lethargic, and might not be able to do even daily chores properly. They might shy away from social activities and might isolate themselves even from their family members. They even stop doing activities they used to enjoy earlier. A major symptom can be a decline in their academic records. Sometimes anxiety could even lead to violent behavior like getting into frequent fight with their friends over small issues. Sometimes children Anxiety Signmight even falter and get addicted to drugs and other addictive substances. This will lead to further damage to their bodies, which are already suffering from anxiety.

Anxiety can be very damaging if not diagnosed at an early stage as it slowly starts damaging our mental as well as physical health .All the mentioned symptoms don’t necessarily mean anxiety but if such symptoms exits the person should consult the doctor as soon as possible They best way to prevent anxiety among children is to give them the confidence to talk to their parents about anything they want. They should always be aware of the fact that their parents are always there for them.
