Manic Anxiety – Differs Something

Day to day incidents, events and the way a person reacts to it might cause anxiety.
Manic anxiety might be caused because of the physical condition and it might also depend on the environmental conditions. Generally teenagers and young men and woman in their 20’s are affected by this manic anxiety.
Some of the symptoms common to the people who have manic anxiety are

  • Excessively energetic
  • Denial tendencies
  • Ostentatious thoughts
  • Overblown self esteem
  • High spending
  • Increased heart beat rate
  • Increase or decrease in sleep
  • Unpredictable mood swings
  • Irritable

Physical conditions like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth

Manic anxiety can be treated and is curable by proper psychotherapy and appropriate medications.

With the help of the medical practitioner the medications like anti depressants, anti anxiety drugs and mood stabilizers can be taken to decrease the symptoms.

Expert counseling and self-help group therapy might be added benefits to treat manic anxiety. Just like any other ailment like a cough or a cold, manic anxiety is also an ailment, which when treated in time can be curable.

General fear can also cause anxiety like the fear of heights, or getting into an elevator etc. many people suffering from this disorder are usually conditioned in their childhood and they carry the fear with them as they grow up.

Fear of enclosed areas, fear for water or swimming, always fearing the unknown or bad events that is yet to happen etc can also be considered as manic anxiety.

A person suffering from manic anxiety should first accept the fact that it is normal to have such a mental condition. He should then talk about it to a professional or counselor, who will then guide and treat him to get cured faster. Rather than accepting his ailment if the person continues with anxiety he might end up being depressed or frustrated.

Don’t forget that manic anxiety is totally curable and treatable and when the person is free from this ailment he can function efficiently with high self-esteem and confidence.
