Bodybuilding is emerging as a new field of earning money nowadays. People perform rigorous training and continuous bodybuilding exercises to build their muscles into huge and bulky ones. They then take part in competitions like wrestling, weight lifting and other athletics events to earn money. They think that a lot of money can be earned through this way. Bodybuilders and bodybuilding enthusiasts know that how much hard work and dedication is required to remain fit and build their physique into a tight one. Bodybuilding does not mean that if a person has muscles then he is a bodybuilder. There is a lot more besides building muscles. The person is supposed be called a bodybuilder if he has huge and bulky muscles and he is fit in every aspect. In fact bodybuilding and fitness are inter-related to each other. If a person has to be a bodybuilder then he has to maintain his fitness up to the greatest mark.

Bodybuilding and fitness are inseparable because a bodybuilder has to remain fit in order to carry rigorous workouts. Rigorous workouts are required for building of mass and bulky muscles. Bodybuilders dedicate most of the hours of their day in exercise and workouts so that they could remain fit and maintain their physique and muscles in proper shape. If any bodybuilder would be interviewed then he would tell the same fact that how bodybuilding and fitness are inter-linked to each other. To achieve maximum fitness, bodybuilders often combine their various exercises like cardiovascular training with the core training. Moreover, they take bodybuilding supplements along with their regular nutritional diet to remain fit and to retain their physical health. If proper nutrition is not taken then they can simply get eyesight problems or some other related problems.

The macrobiotic diet follows a strict food pattern and therefore there are bound to be alterations from one’s daily food habits.
These days’ people hardly get any time to rest and take care of their health. People are busy with the work and are always tied up with some problem or the other. Out of the twenty four hours a day contains twelve to fourteen hours are spent working and travelling for work. The remaining hours are spent getting ready for work and sleeping, and eating off course. Thus you can easily figure out the ratio of the time spent for earning income and the time spent for taking care of the health. This busy work schedule is creating a lot of problems. People are getting the disease that earlier people used to face at the old age, at very young age of thirty to forty. Thus by not taking care of health one is prone to getting diseases at very young age. On top of that the bad habit of smoking and drinking has added fire to fuel.

It is interesting to see that the problems of anxiety, the problems related to stress and the problems such as depression have the common root cause. This root cause is lack of sleep and the improper intake of food. Due to the busy work schedule people also don’t get time to do the exercises.

All these causes combined together push a person into stress and depression. Anxiety can be seen as the other face of depression. This problem is a mind related problem. When a person gets mentally tired and this tiredness of mind is frequently met the outcome is anxiety. Anxiety is fatal as it affects the physical as well as the mental well being of a person. The anxiety should hence be avoided by taking regular rest during work and by eating the right kind of meal.

The main causes of anxiety are thus lack of proper rest and the lack of prier nutrition. Anxiety is the state of the human mind and body wherein the mind experiences emotional feelings of fear and worry and the body is usually under stress accompanied by headache, shortness of breath . Some biologists define anxiety as a mechanism of the human brain to react to the situation of stress. Anxiety helps one deal with the tensions of daily life at office, school, and college. Every person experiences anxiety because of some reason or the other. The level of stress and hence the level of anxiety experienced by different people is different depending on the individual. Anxiety helps one cope with daily life stress .The feeling or the state of anxiety can be helpful also.

A lisle bit of anxiety helps students stay focused.

Anxiety becomes a disorder when in excess.

When in excess anxiety makes an individual to deviate from normal functioning.

Professional psychiatric treatment is advised for extreme cases of anxiety. Anxiety in general can be dealt with by exercising, yoga, meditation. Practicing this exercise helps a person to keep away from problems like anxiety, stress and depression Hence one should do these exercises regularly.

Anxiety cause a person’s thought process to slow down. The main cause of anxiety is stress and depression. Long working hours in the office combined with lack of rest can lead to problems such as Anxiety, Stress and depression. All the three problems are inter- related and can create a lot of problems. The Stressed person is not able to concentrate on any work he takes up. Also it makes a person lethargic and paralysed, in terms of thinking.

Stress and anxiety are two sides of the same coin, and can be troublesome if not treated well on time. Bad drinking habits can also lead to depression and anxiety. Most doctors say that alcohol taken in small amounts acts as stimulant but the over dose of it can lead to depression and anxiety, as it acts as a depressant. Thus one should be very particular about the drinking habits and should not be done in excess. There are a number of other causes related to anxiety. If a person over does work and if the sleep is not proper it can lead to anxiety.

Anxiety can create mess as it affects the social life of a person too. A person suffering from anxiety is generally not able to move along in a group. Also due to the slow thought process they are not able to converse with others. Such a problem can ruin the social life of a person.

The only way to treat this problem is to take proper rest. Also eating the right kind of food can be a solution to this problem. Taking proper rest and eating the right kind of food alone can solve fifty percent of the problem. The rest can be cured by doing regular exercise. As goes a popular saying, “Healthy body leads to healthy mind”. Hence by taking proper care of the body one can treat the mental illness such as anxiety.

If the problems caused by anxiety are not under control then one should take professional advice. A doctor can always provide more help than any tip from any other person. Anxiety should be treated in time, the earlier you start the treatment the earlier you recover.

One can try the breathing exercises to improve the physical side. The breathing exercises can be really useful in treating the problems related to anxiety.

To treat a problem one should know that the problem exists. Hence one can check for the symptoms of anxiety. There are many indications that provide a clue to anxiety. A person suffering from anxiety is prone to get irritated easily. If a person gets irritated easily it is an indication that the person is suffering from anxiety. In fact a recent change in the behaviour of a person can assure that the person has anxiety problem. Another indication of anxiety is the change in the eating habits of a person. Generally a person suffering from anxiety and the other stress related problem exhibits a change in the eating habits.

There are no clear reasons of why and how feelings of anxiety are triggered in human beings but it is supposed that it is the direct or indirect consequence of the chemical reactions in the brain. Anxiety helps one deal with the tensions of daily life at office, school, and college. Every person experiences anxiety because of some reason or the other. Every individual when put under stress becomes anxious and when two people are given the same task under similar stress conditions they experience a different level of anxiety. The level of stress and hence the level of anxiety experienced by different people is different depending on the individual. Anxiety helps one cope with daily life stress .The feeling or the state of anxiety can be helpful also.

To students in school the main reasons to get anxious are during the exams. A lisle bit of anxiety helps students stay focused.

Anxiety becomes a disorder when in excess.

When in excess anxiety makes an individual to deviate from normal functioning.

Even animals are under stress and thus experience anxiety but as the human beings are thinking creatures and have a decent amount of memory power, the humans are able to move forward and backward in time thus increasing the chances of anxiety being in excess and hence the chances of anxiety becoming a disorder is way more than that to animals. Anxiety when becomes a disorder must be dealt with carefully. Professional psychiatric treatment is advised for extreme cases of anxiety. Anxiety when severe can also lead to depression .depression is a separate state of the human mind which could be very fatal if not dealt with properly.

Anxiety in general can be dealt with by exercising, yoga, meditation.

Anxiety and stress in children and teens is as prevalent as it is in the case of adults. the high stress modern lifestyle and work culture of today force parents to neglect their children and parents are not emotionally available to their offspring’s which spurs stress and anxiety disorders in their children. One of the reasons could also be parents not able to cope up with the stress of daily life and they themselves could be suffering from some sort of an anxiety disorder. Stressed children often are found to be emotionally unstable, aggressive in nature are very shy and do not enjoy most of the times the activities which are otherwise enjoyable. Anxiety disorders and excessive levels of stress often affect a child’s performance.

There are some general [points that both parents and a child can go through to cope with stress and anxiety

There has to be a good level of communication between the child and his parents about the happenings of life. the child should be free in expressing his thoughts and parents must try to give out some possible solutions to the child’s problem and make him note it down somewhere so that the child can develop and apply these strategies to cope with similar sort of situations some time later.

It is very important to encourage a child so that he develops a positive attitude towards things and is confident about the things he does.

Parents should never overburden their children and let the child cope with the pace of life in a natural way and not expect the child to come first in all the aspects of life.

Parents should set good examples of conduct and behavior for their children.

Adolescence Stress

Children in their adolescence period grow up physically very fast but their mental growth is not in proportion to their physical growth and hence they have many problems such as an identity crisis, to make choices about the good and bad things of life, choices about drinking, sex, smoking etc. children are often ill equipped to handle these situations of life.
