Depression is as common as cough and cold in today's world. You must fight against it and not fall in it's clutches. It ruins your life and makes you helpless and miserable. The opposite can happen as well, i.e. you will feel voraciously hungry 24 hours continuously and you will find that you just cannot stop eating.
You don't feel like meeting friends, and other people. You don't even feel like going on your job.
You will lose interest in the way you look and you will not be bothered to comb yourself, to bathe, to dress up or any other such thing. You will totally lose interest in how you look, you smell, and what impression you would make on others. You will feel every effort in this direction is ridiculously futile.
All these things justify that you are suffering from depression. You need to get professional help and treatment. Modern technology and medical research has brought into the market a number of medications that can fight depression effectively, banishing it forever from our systems. However, many of the drugs available and prescribed for the treatment of depression can be addictive.
